Taekwondo is not only a physical form, but a mental one, too. Mentally, Taekwondo means to try my best because if I try my best, I can accomplish anything. It means to obey and be respectful to your family, friends, and those older than you. It tells us to control our actions, and to never start fights. Taekwondo is a learning experience for everyone to enjoy. We grow in leadership, and we reach the goal of becoming a black belt.
